Shrimp Wontons from The Garden of Eden Asian FEAST

We hosted a Master Cooking Class before our Asian Inspired Food Experience today! It was a gorgeous day in good company, and we want to share the food formula for one of our popular appetizers:

We made incredible shrimp wontons for our Asian Inspired Food Experience today!

We chopped delicious shrimp.

We folded it into cream cheese with chives and other herbs.

We folded wonton wrappers around the creamy shrimp filling.

Then we fried the wontons in cast iron skillets over fire!

Our cob rocket stoves are built by hand, and we burn wood that was headed to the landfill had we not utilized it for fuel.

We pulled them out when they were crispy and delicious!

These were a popular appetizer at our day's all-you-can-eat feast, and they were just one of many delicious sustainable dishes!
