Free Falling Toward the End of An Era!! Liquidating at the @gardenofeden

Life takes many twists and turns. Some feel great, some feel horrible, but regardless, the winding path leads us to where we are right now.

The @gardenofeden in its present form has been on this sacred land
in Arlington, Texas for nearly a decade.

Thousands of people have come for a visit,
hundreds have stayed a substantial period of time.
People from all over the world have brought their energy
and received some of ours.

We've been considering selling our place for a couple of years.
Our life is so great, however, that making it a priority hasn't happened until now.

We are sorting through our belongings,

packing some to take to unknown lands,
setting some aside for potential on-the-road travel,
trading and bartering for some services we require,

organizing for a two-phase estate sale,
and gifting things too--even our precious chickens!!

People have been asking me how we can just take a leap into the unknown.
Most people need to know what their next day brings,
and most often have a general idea how their days/weeks/months/years will unfold.

But everyday at the @gardenofeden is a fresh new day.
We never know what is going to happen,
even though we have been steady in our inspiration for so many years.

We are no strangers to living through faith.
I'm grateful that for me not knowing where we are going  
is igniting curiosity for the unknown instead of inciting fear.

Lightening our load and refocusing
our energy on new and potent realities feels refreshing.
I have no doubt we are in for an exciting adventure.
Putting one foot in front of the other,
challenging ourselves to let go and free fall,
a new era is sure to be born.

Feeling blessed to be alive and joyously surprised for what may come!
