Poverty is proliferating globally, even the richest nation has its own homeless people. We can't totally blame them for being poor and homeless, some people just have no opportunity to land a job and also the government plays an important role in their citizens to give them the opportunity and job slots and in fact, there are government budgets allocated to alleviate the living standard but unfortunately, there are some in the position who are greed enough and corrupt those budgets.
