For those of us who come from the countryside, where our relatives raise their animals and cultivated their land, we know how wonderful it is to self-sustain and eat in the middle of nature ... Wow! it is an enjoyment that is priceless.
I like that wonderful food.
In my family we love to prepare a good soup ("sancocho"), in the middle one of the field with firewood stove ("fogòn").
