This looks really exquisite and very authentic, I would like the idea of accompanying it more with some sandwiches since the salty taste of the gherkin is perfect with the bread, since the bread does not have much salt and the pickle will give it the necessary. Yes pickles are excellent on sandwiches! We like to make all of our dishes with combinations of flavors, textures, and colors, and pickles are you mention are a perfect way to get a salty and sour flavor into a delicious sandwich!
