Another great update, @goldenoakfarm.
I'm so jealous of you for all the space you've got to grow things - although it looks like a lot of work to maintain it all :0)

Compared to everything else, your tomatoes and peppers do look very small. Will they have enough time to grow big enough and produce fruit?

I doubt it, but one never knows. Here in New England in the last 10 years, it's stayed warm with no frost well into October a couple times. If that happens, maybe....

The tomatoes are doing better now. But the peppers and paprika, real sad....

Guess that's part of a gardender/farmer's life: some things work out, and some things don't. And the year after, it's the other way around... :0)

Yup, last year 125# of carrots, this year be lucky to get 25#...

I'd be more than happy with 25, lol. Carrots are not exactly my favorites.
However, I was over the moon to see I finally managed to grow some of a decent size this year. Before, I was too lazy to make the selection and trim down the number of small greens, which meant they were too close together and didn't have room to grow.
I always feel so bad for murdering little seedlings, 🙄

Yes, I always hated pulling seedlings to die. Often I also never got out there and thinned properly.

... which results in the smallets carrots in the world, lol. I know all about that 😂

Lovely! I Ioved wandering though your garden (virtually). All of that chamomile - wow! Just love it all.

Not much chamomile out there now! I've done 2 dehydrator loads of it. But it will bounce back with all this rain and warmth.

oh, wonderful! I bet that smells so good when you open the door. I have managed to grow a little bit this year but it has not flowered yet. I am super excited to have fresh chamomile tea!
