What a huge piece of land and what an amazing project! I really wish you every success to your plans with many new plants and many new people around you!
My partner and I, are working on rented land and we find it so difficult to take the decision to buy a farm. I am stunned by your determination and courage to bear such an enormous task!

yes it was a little crazy but it was a once in a lifetime opportunity that we had very little time to act on, so we just acted! now we have to figure out how to fit everything together, but at least we have a place to start from...!
