I save the largest garlic bulbs for planting next year. Once garlic is cured properly, I trim and bundle them in a mesh bag that oranges and onions come in and store them in a cool room without sunlight. I will be doing more posts on garlic soon. I am doing the post as I harvest, cure and replant, so please stay tune for future posts.
