Gardening Tips: You Should Be Able To Fit A Football Through The Centre Of An Apple Tree!

If you have apple trees its time for pruning them:

Cut the new growth back to an outward facing bud that has appeared since last year. Check to see if there is any damage to the branches, disease or dead wood and that the centre of the tree is clear of rubbing branches.

Now it's time to plant your onion sets!
