I was unaware of all these uses for elecampane. I may do more research on this herb. It confuses me when people run to get a decongestant for excess mucous. I always tease my daughter and tell her she's drying up a snotty nose. Ewww.
Usually sutff needs to come out, that's why the body does that ;)
