Yeah, like you said, they are refreshing and easy to prepare too... I love them in salads and when making cheese n cucumber sandwiches...
I got to admit though, I am used to store bought Cucumbers and not used to the stubby variety...
Although i bet yours are tons better!
Definitely a key ingredient for salads and sandwiches for me too. We'd get the longer English cucumbers for salads at the pizza shop, I will be planting some of those next year :)
