I picked up some sprouting trays at a garage sale for 50 cents a few years ago. They had never even been used. Score! I’ve only sprouted chia and lentils. They’re so good in salads, and I use them instead of lettuce on sandwiches and they’re great mixed with cilantro on street tacos.
Yum. Lentils are one of my favourites :) Good score on those sprouting trays. They can be pricey depending on the type. Street tacos sound great too!
