Rich Harvest In Sight

Here we go again today with an update from my garden.
I show you how full my 2 apple trees are.
This is a very early ripening variety and was chosen because the trees remain quite small.
Before that there were 2 huge trees which had become too big.
Next spring, the bonsai apple trees will be properly pruned again, which is a science in itself.
Soon there will be delicious apple pie and compote.
The majority of the apples, however, will be given away to make juice.
