My Greenhouse's Last Harvest: The Season Is Over 😓
What's up, Steemians.
A lot of trays are full.
Again.
I am more than excited about the last harvest. I think it is the last one for this year.
I got 1.8 kilos of chilis. I activated my dehydrator and it is currently working on the new load of chilis. I will make powder out of two types. The rest will be eaten and used to make my bigger family happy. Chilis are good gifts. 😊
In the greenhouse, the plants look really old and more and more signs show that the autumn comes. I had to remove the tomato plants already due to the high moisture and the damage caused. It is season end, finally.
Here my overview of this year. 12 kilograms harvested, not bad.
Sure, I have plans for next year already. I will order new seeds in December to be ready for the early planting phase starting in January. I normally let my plants grow from the seed. This takes up to 3 months.

Do you like chilis? What is your favorite?
Nice! We're growing (and saving seeds from) jalapenos; dragon peppers; Serrano peppers; and lemon drop peppers -- the latter three are quite hot! We've also got some other peppers which are milder and some we're still not sure of yet! :)
wow, your chiilis look big and nice. At first glance I thought they were those pepper chilli or small capsicum. But I do not eat chilli much and have no know of them. I am very sure they are delicious and know that you and family will enjoy.
