Comfrey is right up there with chamomile as a standard cure-all. Makes a great habitat for beneficial insects, too! Should not be taken internally in stronger than essence form, however. It contains pyrrolizidine alkaloids that are toxic to the liver.

Look at the bigger picture, its good for all sorts of remedies but also the whole of the thriving eco system as a whole!
