I like growing and eating cucumbers. It was a real revelation for me to start sauteeing them lightly, with a little fresh dill. They are so good that way - and most folks don't think to cook them. I like the pickling varieties best. I make a lot of Bread and Butter pickles, with sliced onions and a few peppers in there, too. We're headed into garden season - yay!
