I sowed some seeds of skullcap, they germinated and I transplanted into my herb garden, but no results this year. Considering it was the first season for it here, I hadn't expected any return. But next year I am hopeful.

My reasons were for anxiety and insomnia- will be a nice addition to my herbal teas and for dehydrating to smoke for relaxation.
