Garden Harvest - Roma tomatoes and canning them
I have harvested two home depot buckets worth of Roma Tomatoes out of the garden. These tomatoes were canned and I got 7 quarts and 4 pints worth of diced tomatoes out of this harvest.
For tomatoes, you can do the standard water bath canning.
