I never knew it is that easy to grow Chrysanthemum. You just need a piece of stem - maybe 10 cm. Remove the lower leaves, stick it in soil, keep warm and moist. That is it.
This is the second one I grew like that. The first yellow is in bloom right now too. It has much bigger flowers. This one here is more like those fancy daisies with hundreds of petals. And it is open right now and enjoying the cool weather and rain.
It's nice to see something still blooming. The warm winter allows some of the plants to grow and bloom nearly all year round though. Less intensive.. but still.
