Last February there happened the first Syntropic Farming Course in the Mediterranean Context, at La Loma Viva Permaculture Project (South of Granada, Spain). Ernst Goetsch was teaching and I felt very blessed to be his interpreter. Could his research be combined with Masanobu Fukuoka Natural Farming and Mollisons Permaculture? How would you apply the principles when the goal is to heal landscapes (in the process healing ourselves) and focusing on wild medicinal plants and mushrooms with holistic lifestock management? How to make it economically viable, in all kind of different situations?
