It's important to know that comfrey heals wounds FAST, so always ensure the wound is thoroughly cleaned out before using any form of comfrey on it, or you will heal-over the nasties :) I used my salve on my wife's cut finger today and she said it was instantly pain-free. Comfrey is awesome, but just make sure the wound is clean first :)
