Found, commented, and voted on. I really really enjoyed that first pick of yours, I love radishes, and had no clue they could be pickled.
My dad used to make 'quick' pickled vegetables (no canning) similar to this but no radishes! I think he missed a trick there.

Nice okay maybe, but also selfish because I hope he posts more. He not only has a green thumb but a lot of business savvy to do so well in such a tiny town. I'd like to more about that!
