Thank you for posting it! I'm a really fan of natural medicine, but always using it with a previous research and not only by other's people recommendation, because it can lead to intoxications. But, when using it consciously, it can be very benefitial!
Yes, some plants are more dangerous than others, and caution needs to be taken. Glad you gained value from the post ;)
