In the past I too was unable to start a project because of my tendency to over-plan and over-complicate, so I can really relate to what you're saying! However, I found out Nature is quite forgiving and will make huge strides towards our goals even if we do the tiniest of steps towards her.

So now I'm trying to advocate simpler approaches to a seemingly complicated processes. Focus more on the doing, not so much on the results!
