I love mint in a lot of dishes and the plants smell good when they are growing, especially when sprayed with a little mist of water. Not sure if I have ever had it in tea before. Thanks for sharing some medicinal uses for it. I knew there was a reason I used in recipes. Keep up the great work, I will be watching for more great information on your herbs.
Mmmmm, mint tea is one of the most wonderful ways to enjoy the wonderful flavor and smell of this herb! It makes a very beautiful cuppa tea that can be enjoyed any time, but especially if you feel a little under the weather. So glad we can continue providing value for you, @beccadeals!
