Freezing Corn: Keeping it local
Since the Raccoons got most of my corn crop. We bought some local corn and froze up a bunch
This way we still keep it local. We also get better quality food. We use a vacuum sealer because the food seems to last longer befor it gets freezer burn.
We try to freeze just enough for a year so that we don’t end up with a freezer full of ancient food.
The quality and flavor is very superior to anything you can buy at the grocery store.
We love freezing corn too. Nothing better than good sweet corn
