How to create a Kokedama? A Moss Ball pot (Plant Tutorial)
Kokedama in Japanese known as "moss ball" and a variant of bonsai. This is the type of planting that you don't need to use a pot. And also you can put anywhere, you can hang it or just put in the big stone/plate to display inside your house.
I want to share my version of Kokedama. Hope you like!!!!! :D :D Let's go green!!!!!!
Needed:
- Plant (Choose a plant that not sensitive if the root cuts)
- Moss (I use one of the type of Philippines moss)
- Soil
- Banana Leaves (starting to decompose)
- Wire
Step-By-Step:
1.) Mold the soil. (I put the soil in the cellophane to easy to mold.)
2.) Cut the banana leaves.
3.) Mix the banana leaves and soil then mold it to circle.
4.) Cut the circle in half and put the plant.
5.) Mold again to make a circle.
6.) Warp the moss in the circle. Make sure you cover our circle with the moss.
7.) Use the wire to hold the moss.
Done!!!!!!!!!!!
( You can put the Kokedama in the big stone or a unusable plate. If you want to hang the kokedama, create a hanging string around the moss ball body.)

This is really cute
That's a nice way to use natural materials - and not even needing a flowerpot! Does this take more watering than a plant in a pot? Happy New Year and happy gardening!
It's the same watering than the plant in a pot.... :D
