Bok choy seed 14 days old I have moved to the enlargement media with kratky hydroponics system that I have applied on lettuce and quite successful in my opinion good luck also on this mustard bok choy plant.

I really like this kratky method because it is very economical not to use electric power so energy efficient and not noisy with the sound of the engine pump and air blower even I do not use the axis of the panel fabric because most of the roots submerged in nutrients water.

I use the planting medium of red brick because red brick is made of solid clay and not easily crumbled and can keep ph stable and this is the same as the rounded hydroton and commonly used just different shape with free hydroton that I use 😃

Pertumbuhan bibit Bok choy hari ke 14 dan saatnya pindah tanam.

Bibit Bok choy umur 14 hari ini sudah saya pindah ke media pembesaran dengan sistem hidroponik kratky yang pernah saya terapkan pada selada dan cukup berhasil menurut saya semoga berhasil juga pada tanaman sawi bok choy ini.

Saya sangat menyukai metode kratky ini karena sangat hemat tidak menggunakan tenaga listrik jadi hemat energi dan tidak berisik dengan suara mesin pompa dan blower udara bahkan saya tidak menggunakan sumbu kain panel karena sebagian akar terendam air nutrisi.

Saya menggunakan media tanam dari pecahan batu bata merah karena bata merah terbuat dari tanah liat yang padat dan tidak mudah hancur dan dapat menjaga ph tetap stabil dan ini sama seperti hydroton yang bentuknya bulat dan sudah umum digunakan cuma beda bentuk dengan hydroton gratisan yang saya gunakan 😃
