I went out tonight and took three pictures of some flora growing in our yard. Who can name them? I have some ideas but I haven't confirmed them yet.

The second one is a lupine! For future reference, for best help with identification is to get a pic of the plant overall, close up of the leaf, and a closeup of the flower. :) there's some decent apps for identification too! Might depend on location tho! Cause these look like wildflowers.
Thank you! I assumed they were wildflowers but had difficulties finding the exact names.
Obviously the last is a grass. Haha. They're so hard to identify. You can send a pic to your local extension office and they'll probably be able to give you good IDs also!
