The Winter Garden - Day 228

Harvested another round of basil tonight. Used a bit for some fresh pasta sauce and will be giving the rest away. I think my wife has people lined up at her work wanting some basil.

Sure doesn't look like much once you are finished. I compressed the bags a bit to try and get the air out. Doesn't look like much but there is a decent amount in each bag.

Also harvested my first ever tomato. My wife ate it and would like to report that they are delicious. The tomatoes are quite tiny but it's good to know they pack some flavor.

I also topped off the water and nutrients tonight and the garden is looking great. I will readjust the lights tomorrow and hopefully everything regrows nicely.
