The Winter Garden - Day 188

No tomato talk today, I promise!

Today is all about my basil, which is once again completely out of control. Another basil massacre needs to occur. I think I need to start making and either freezing or jarring pesto. I don't have to use it right away then and can make for a pretty quick meal if the pesto is ready to go beforehand.

Had to raise the lights again today for this ridiculous basil plant, thing just won't stop growing! I guess that's kind of a good thing. Infinite basil sounds like a super power.
