Here in Thailand organic is increasing, but it is very much related to people's ability to PAY for it. If people have such limited resources and not the education, then organic is a hard sell in a constrained economy. That said, it is one of the really HUGE things I am passionate about and advocate for here in Thailand.

Here also price is relatively higher for organic - in a sense pesticide free - vegetables but the premium and upper premium are ready to pay and does not bother about even if is much higher. The only problem is the availability especially because of the reason that the shlef life period for organic is much less than the other category which means within one or two or maximum three days it will get damaged (In fact many customers were happy with those vegetables we supplied as they realize what we gave them is organic).
We are having natural way of storing vegetables to prolong its life which I may make new blog.
