My Top 5 Favorite N64 games!
Hello Steemians!
Honestly, the Nintendo 64 is probably my favorite console of all time, or at least one of them as the N64 has been a huge part of my childhood. Actually, the most I remember of my childhood was playing my Nintendo 64 (Which I still own). I remember asking my family members to play the original Super Smash Bros, then telling them I didn't want to play with them because they're doing too bad lol (they might of been acting it out, not quite sure). But honestly it was loads of fun for me, especially back then and even these days. This console really made my childhood so much more fun.
Now for that list, I'll start with my 5th favorite down to my 1st favorite. Hope you enjoy.
#5: Pokemon Stadium 2
Honestly, this game is tied with the first Pokemon Stadium, as they were fairly similar. Although customization wasn't so great, it was a really fun game to play with friends. As I've mentioned in previous posts, Pokemon is probably my favorite game franchise, the reason this isn't on the top of the list is that it's not one of the main series games, which I much prefer because there is much more freedom. If this game had 100% customization right from the start, I'd probably put it 2nd.
#4: Conker's Bad Fur Day
I don't know what was wrong with my dad, letting me rent this M Rated N64 game full of blood and gore, the story even starts with a drunken squirrel! You got to pee on things, they would swear.. I guess he didn't pay attention to the box. Because I used to play this when I was 5. I mean, what 5 year old kid wouldn't want to play the game with the squirrel on the box? Anyways, I've played it again nowadays and it's honestly so much fun. There are so many options for multiplayer, that it doesn't even matter how the story goes. I can just play the multiplayer with friends and have a blast! If you've never played it, I definitely recommend it!
#3: Diddy Kong Racing
Diddy Kong Racing was definitely one of the games I played the most as a kid. What I liked most is that you didn't have to only race in cars on land, you can also race using planes in air or even a hovercraft on water! It was so much fun, especially compared to Mario Kart, this game definitely topped it off by a longshot! My favorite has always been the plane races, but I also find myself to enjoy the hovercraft and car races quite much as well.
#2: Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards
Where my love for Kirby games originated! And definitely my favorite Kirby game I have ever played. I even purchased the Virtual Console version on my Wii U which I still play now and again. My favorite ability was the rock ability combined with the cut ability as you can carve into a flying bird which destroyed any enemy hit. But I just really loved to be able to combine the powers together just to find out what else I could do. It is definitely one of the funnest games I've played and I still love playing it to this day.
#1: Super Smash Bros
Although I am unsure of where my cartridge is, this game was the origin of my love for super smash Bros, although the newer versions has so much more to offer, this was where it all started and I remember playing this game almost all the time as a kid. Either with a family member or with a friend. This game was so fun, and was the reason why when I got a GameCube I decided to get Super Smash Bros Melee. But overall it was a great game. Especially for when it first came out. This game holds so many great memories and that's mostly why it made 1st place on my list.
Well, that concludes my list. Thank you so much for reading. It means a lot to me. I hope you all enjoyed! Feel free to comment your personal favorite N64 game if you have one! (if you want to, of course)

You have a good list, but there are so many games for N64, so it's difficult to pick any. I would put OoT there for the game I had the most fun playing when I was young, with Banjo-Kazooie on the 2.nd place ;)
I agree! It was really hard for me to pick only 5.. I had Banjo & Kazooie in mind along with Mega Man 64, and OoT was in mind as well but I have unfortunately not played it other than on 3DS because I never owned it on N64 :\ I also loved playing Goldeneye, which came close to the list but I ended up not putting it on..
