The window is already January, which means that there are a lot of new things ahead: new horizons of opportunities, prospects, discoveries, and, of course, new creations in the art path. Today I specifically want to talk about the expected video games, which we will see with you in the new year. Among all the announced I chose the 5 most interesting releases, in my opinion. I hurry to acquaint you with them! ;)

The next brainchild of Ubisoft, which has almost 100% chance of becoming a masterpiece! This time, the action will take place in Hope, Montana, we will have to play for the assistant sheriff, whose main goal is to arrest the local leader Joseph Sid to stop the sectarian lawlessness in this region.

We are waiting for an incredible beautiful and bright open world, with many different enemies, in the best traditions of the Far Cry series. The game added the ability to edit the appearance of your character. We are waiting for an incredible adventure with a huge arsenal of weapons and a large selection of gadgets, and of course, with different modes of transport. In addition to all of the above, we will have the opportunity to recruit local residents in order to stop the enemy forces together. The game can take place either alone or in a cooperative mode.

The game is relevant for all modern gaming platforms.

Days Gone

Days Gone is an original project from Sony Interactive Entertainment, announced in 2016. The plot of the game unfolds in a vast open world, survived the epidemic, as a result of which most of the people turned into bloodthirsty zombies. However, not only the dead will become enemies, many surviving people are not even better ...

In the game, we are waiting for huge crowds of running zombies, which can be dealt with not only with the help of firearms, but also deftly using the environment. Judging by the trailers, the project will be incredibly fascinating and graphically beautiful, especially for those who like post-apocalypse.

Detroit: Become Human

Quantic Dream can surprise, this year we are waiting for Detroit: Become Human - a new interactive movie in the genre of the thriller. This will not be the first experience in creating such games, the company previously produced such masterpieces as Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls. I do not doubt for a second that the game will be a hit and will be the best exclusive for Sony's consoles.

We are to see an android story named Kara (the role was played by the American actress Valori Kerry), who has the world's first artificial consciousness. The main heroine will have to figure out what her mission is and who she really is: a robot that was created to help people in everyday tasks, or ... a person ...

The publisher THQ Nordic promises to release this year an unrealistically beautiful role-playing game about Biomutants. We are given the opportunity to play for a mutated animal, similar in appearance to a raccoon, who not only acquired intellect, but was also trained in martial arts. In the course of the game, we can change the appearance and abilities of the protagonist, with the help of mutations, also have the opportunity to master the "psi mutation", something like telekinesis and levitation.

About the game at the moment little is known, except that it uses the game engine Unreal Engine 4 and will hit the shelves this year.

The game is relevant for all modern gaming platforms.

Red Dead Redemption 2

The long-awaited continuation of the 2010 Red Dead Redemption game from the developers of Rockstar Studios. The action of the game takes us to the end of the 19th century, to the old Wild West, where our cruel customs and laws prevail.
