I have those times aswell. Though I always get bored at some point.
Right now, I'm logged into WoW mostly to try and get some rare items, which basically means standing in one spot, waiting for an enemy to pop up. On my second screen, I have Steemit, where I actually focus all of my attention, untill this enemy pops up.
It is highly addictive ;-)
