Ah, Twisted Metal. Game of shooting with cars that have entertained gamers since the era of Playstation 1 until now. (Although the game of the main series is practically the last release of 2012).

This one game is certainly famous for its series of combat cars. Here are six most iconic cars in Twisted Metal. Which is your favorite?

Sweet Tooth

It's clear that Sweet Tooth is the most iconic car in Twisted Metal. How come? The clowned vehicle named Needless Kane is always the cover of his own game.

Sweet Tooth design was very memorable. The top ice cream truck adorned with clown heads on fire? It's been ridden by a serial killer psychopath too? Although you'd rather play another car, Twisted Metal players certainly will not forget Sweet Tooth.

Personally, of all the Sweet Tooth that ever existed, the variations that the author likes are still Sweet Tooth Twisted Metal 2 versions.

Axel

The character of this one is memorable in the head of Twisted Metal players because ... actually more because the design of this Axel is confusing.

How exactly is the workings of this magic vehicle, where the driver is tied his hands and feet to his machine? Why does Axel not go spinning when the giant wheel that moves it moves? Why in some Axel games look higher than the buildings around him?

Such oddities may invite laughter, but this eccentric design ensures that Axel is a Twisted Metal character that you will remember. Maybe you forget the name, but you at least know "The car that the driver stuck the same two big wheels."

Mr. Grimm

Mr. Grimm is also one of the most recognizable vehicles in the Twisted Metal series. How come? in games where the contestants fought with sedans to tanks, the drivers of these vehicles were confident with the motor only.

Riders of Mr. Grimm also feel the impact of their choice of vehicle. In every game, Mr. Grimm is usually the vehicle with the lowest armor. Wrong maneuvers when facing tough enemies can lead to a quick death.

Even so, there is a tempting reason to stick with Mr. Grimm. This one vehicle is very agile. Specials are often the strongest in the game. Therefore Mr. Grimm is a high risk high reward type.

If you play it right, Mr. Grimm will destroy one by one car, then dashed away before it could be returned.

Specters

From approximately Twisted Metal 2 to 3, the Specter is known by the players as a sexy sports car driven by a handsome driver. No wonder, because the driver in TM 2 (Ken Masters, who is not from the Street Fighters) does have a cool style even though the background is actually hilarious. Lance Wilder in TM 3 also has the same look as Ken.

In the first two games, the Spectre is a Corvette C2. Then in Twisted Metal 3, 989 Studio presents the incarnation of the Specters that most writers like: the 1996 Dodge Viper GTS.

If you're a fan of Fast and Furious fans, you can say Specters are the most interesting choice for those of you who just tried Twisted Metal.

Warthog

Warthog is definitely one of the coolest vehicles in Twisted Metal. Especially if you as a player is a lover of military vehicles. Unmitigated, almost in every appearance Warthog tangible humvee, American combat vehicle!

Given Twisted Metal is an inter-vehicle combat contest, Warthog's rider is clearly one of the most intelligent contestants. This is also evident in Warthog's statistics. In most Twisted Metal games, Warthog has a good defense. (In the 4/5 or 9/10 range). It's just that control is more difficult than others.

Warthog tried to be redesigned in Twisted Metal: Black, where this cool vehicle turned into a station wagon placed on the tank wheel. His armor stats are still high, but ... the cool factor is so much less.

Minion

While the form of Warthog is a humvee, a demon-driven Minion (not a collection of yellow dwarfs) is a ... tank.

Just imagine, tanks against sports cars, humvees, motors, ice cream vans, and other more normal vehicles. Already has the crushing power and endurance of the tank, the Minion vehicle is also easily controlled and can unexpectedly move quickly.

The problem is, Minion is not a playable character with no cheats or certain conditions. In every appearance Minion is a boss. So often you as a player must first feel the terror of this new tank you can play it.

Minion also had a truck in Twisted Metal Black. It's not the Minion design that writers like.
