TF2 Weapon of the Week: The Quick Fix

In TF2 the Medic has the Best form of Direct Support, Healing, and What better way of Healing then with the Mediguns!

Medic has Many Well Balanced Medigun Options. but My Favorite One is the Medigun Prototype, the Quick Fix!

The Quick Fix is a Medigun for the Medic, it Specializes in Quick Healing to Support the Team by keeping them at full health.

It has a 40% Heal Rate, which can Basically Fully Heal a Heavy in about a Second and a Half. it also has a 10% Uber Build Rate, Which makes Medic be able to have the Uber Ready more often.

It even Mimics the Blast Jumps of Soldiers and Demomen if the Medic is healing them, Basically it lets a Medic Pocket a Jumping Soldier and basically have the Soldier Bring the Medic to the Front lines where he is needed.

I haven't even Mentioned the Ubercharge. 300% heal Rate to both the Medic and the Heal Target while its Active, as well as knockback immunity. Meaning Stuff like Natacha Heavies, Sentry gun Bullets, and Pyro Airblast will not slow you down.

This Sounds Unstoppable. Uhh no, not Really.

This Healing Tool is Made for Fully Healing someone Quickly and move on to the next injured Player, it is not Supposed to be a Pocket Tool. thanks to the overheal penalty.

And while it is True that the Uber can basically Fully Heal anyone the Medic is Healing, Big Enough Bursts of Damage can End you as Always.

It is suitable in the middle of combat where there are multiple injured teammates. However Due to the Overheal Penalty your team will be at a disadvantage at the beginning of fights, when your enemies are presumably fully overhealed. you also need to be Wary of Enemy Medics, if an enemy Medic accumulates a full ÜberCharge, the invincibility offered by the Stock Medigun or the Crit boost offered by the Kritzkrieg can overpower your boosted healing.
