TF2: Thoughts on the Pyroland Contracts
So, As you can see I have completed ALL of the Pyroland Contracts 100%. Now I have the Right to Talk about them so here we go.
These Contracts were Interesting Enough, I love the Concept of Free Optional Contracts that Give Players New Toys to Play Around with, or Even Contracts that Teaches Players how to use the New Weapons.
I think they Should Have a Set of Contracts for Each Class they Teaches Players how to use Certain Weapons or how to play Certain Classes, and Rewarding People With Free Stuff, that Would eliminate a Need for a Tutorial that Valve has been Working on For Years
But Enough on the Concept. now for Each Contract in Detail,
The Contract Named "Pyro" was probably my Favorite, Go figure, the Contract with no Reward was my favorite. Simply Because it Teaches Players how to Reflect Projectiles and Play the Class Effectively. Which Was Fantastic, and is more Effective then just simply making a Tutorial, you know what they Say" You Learn By Doing".
As for the Weapon Contracts themselves, Most of them Are Easy Enough to Complete on the Primary Objective, However what Makes these Contracts are the Bonus Objectives, and to get every New Weapon you Must do At Least All but 2.
These Bonus Objectives Will Bust your Butt Trying to Complete, I mean you can get some Friends to Help you with a Contract or some Nice Strangers to Help to make them Easy, but that's the Wimps Way out. So as you can Expect I did all of my Contracts Alone and Man it was Brutal.
The Hardest one is Definitely the Hot Hand Bonus Objectives, you have to get enough kills with the Hot Hand in a Single Life, the Problem is that the Hot Hand Does so little Damage that you are Lucky to get ONE kill with it Before Dying.
So in Conclusion, These Contracts were fun will be Challenging to Complete, I just Wish that there were more of them.
