Upcoming 2018 Games.

I guys, i was checking the Electronic Entertainment Expo commonly known as E3 recently, when i came across these games, so I decided to share my findings on them with other game lovers here on steemit. As a gamer, i think this games promises to be really interesting.

• ABSORVER developed by Sloclap and published by Devolver Digital.

Absolver which was released on august 2017 on the PlayStation 4 and windows platform but was proposed to be released by 2018 on the Xbox one is based on martial arts fighting in which the player plays an action role. It has single player and multiplayer modes. It features a seamless open world with shortcuts and free-roaming and merging singles. The controlled absolver characters known as prospects fight other characters or computer controlled characters to prove them worthy to join the absolver peace keeper in the fictional land of Adal. The game has features like the large multiplayer online game elements in which a player can fight alongside other players on a quest and directly fight player versus player match. Players can also partner with other players to teach their characters skills. The characters fighting moves are customized in a combat deck of cards with each card assigned to a move. The game features in English, French, German, Spanish and Polish interface and subtitles but full audio is in English. You can watch the game trailer here

• FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE (proposed release date, 2018) developed and published by Square Enix.

This is one of the biggest upcoming games for the Xbox one and PS4. This is a remake of the 1997 PlayStation game final fantasy vi,i but will be featuring an entire new combat system, which tells the story of Mercenary cloud strife as he and is terrorist group Avalanche fought against the a corrupt cooperation. It is also an action role playing game with a single player. The game promises to provide real time elements. The team is proposed to be remake in multiple parts so that any of the original content is not removed.

• Kingdom hearts 3 (proposed release date, 2018) developed and published by Square Enix

  This is another action-role playing and single player game designed by Square Enix on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox one platform. From my research, I found out the concept of the game started as early as 2016, after the release of kingdom hearts ii final mix in japan. The game was built using Unreal Engine 4. The main playable character remains Sora, which is still joined in the party by Donald duck and Goofy. Sora faces Heartless and nobodies in the game. With a new tier of each spell available to Sora, he can once again perform magic. The game characters includes Sora which is the protagonist of the game, Riku, kairi, donal, king mickey and lots of others. This game will be the final version of the dark seeker saga.

• DAYS GONE (proposed release date, early 2018) developed by SIE Bend Studio and published by Sony INTERACTIVE Entertainment.

This is an Action-Adventure, Survival Horror and zombie game which would be available in the PlayStation 4 platform. The player will play as are rebellious biker trying to get through in a post-apocalyptic world separated by global pandemic which occurred two years earlier, killing almost all the humans and transforming others into freaks , mindless and zombies that are frequently changing or evolving. In the E3 2016 demo stage of the game, the Newts and Hordes types of freaks were revealed. The game would be played from a third person perspective in which the player will be controlling the character Deacon St. John, a drifter and a once bounty hunter who prefers to live a dangerous life on the road over living in a lonely encampment. From my research, the game development begun 2015 using the Unreal Engine 4.

• GOD OF WAR (proposed to be released 2018) which is in development by Santa Monica Studio and to be published by Sony Interactive Entertainment studio.

This is another third person, single player action adventure video game which would be released exclusively on the PlayStation 4 platform. This would be the eightieth released part of the God of war series. The game will be a soft robot for the franchise and will take the series to Norse mythology. In this part of the series, Kratos which is the main character now return with a son Atreus who Kratos will be mentoring and protecting and he would be battling new creatures, gods, and monsters. The most important part of this game will be the relationship between Kratos and hs son, Atreus. Although the previous instalment introduce multiplayer to the series, the new God of War will only be on single player mode. The new installment will feature a third person, over shoulder free camera. One major change in the series is that the main character Kratos will no longer be using his signature double-chained blade because he lost it in the conclusion of the last part of the series. But he will be using a magical battle axe, called the leviathan axe. Though Kratos is the main character which players will be controlling, there would be time when the player will be passively controlling Atreus. One button will be dedicated to Atreus. So many features would be captured in this game which every gamer should be waiting in anticipation for.

• SPIDERMAN (proposed release date, 2018) developed by Insomniac Games and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment.

  It would be an open war adventure video game that would be based on the marvel comic hero, Spiderman. The game will tell an entirely new of different story of Spiderman which is not found on any movie or comic books. The game will feature more experienced Spiderman, and it will take place in an open world New York City. It would be in the single player mode.
