Renault participates in eSports with Team Vitality, and is possibly participating in the Formula 1 eSports Series

Renault is going to focus on eSports. The French join the successful countrymen of Team Vitality, the manufacturer announced the action at the third eSports BAR in Cannes. Renault Sport Team Vitality comes into action at Rocket League with Philip Paschmeyer (Paschy90), Victor Locquet (Fairy Peak!) And Sandro Holzwarth (FreaKii). The new team is also considering taking part in the Formula 1 eSports series.

The eSporters can use all facilities at the F1 plant in Enstone. They train with the F1 drivers of the team. Vitality brings a lot of experience with different European and world titles. "This is a great opportunity for Renault to reach a new and young audience", says vice president of Renault Bastien Schupp. "eSports has a promising future and we want to be part of that."

It was a logical step for Team Vitality to work with Renault. "It's a natural match," says founder Fabien Devide. "We have the same values ​​and team colors, but we want Renault to go to the international top.We can learn a lot from Renault, for example how the drivers are preparing for a Formula 1 race."
