This is lightly edited from the original post made on my blog November 12, 2016. I present it here for achival purposes.

Record of Lodoss War | Neverland | February 24, 2001
Tomoko Morita, Akiko Ishibashi, & Kuniaki Haishima

Morita and Ishibashi are responsible for in-game music, while Haishima composed the "GG Movie" - presumably cutscene - music, according to Mobygames.

Lufia: The Legend Returns | Neverland | September 7, 2001
Yasunori Shiono, Akiko Ishibashi, Tomoko Morita, & Yukio Nakajima

Morita said she composed 3-4% of the game's tracks on the archived Neverland website. She also listed her favorites, so "Town of Redwood", "Four Mad Gods Gades & Daos", "Alstadt Kingdom", "Leong Temple", and "The Journey Continues" can be credited to her.

Disney's Party | Neverland | September 17, 2003
Yukio Nakajima, Tomoko Morita, Akiko Ishibashi, & Yasunori Shiono

Mobygames lists Nakajima as sound director and Morita and Ishibashi as composers. Shiono's role is unknown, but confirmed via his TAB profile.

CIMA: The Enemy | Neverland | November 17, 2003
Tomoko Morita, Yasunori Shiono, & Yukio Nakajima

Shining Force Neo | Neverland | March 24, 2005
Tomoko Morita & Yukio Nakajima

Rune Factory: A Fantasy Harvest Moon | Neverland | August 24, 2006
Tomoko Morita

Rengoku II: Stairway to H.E.A.V.E.N. | Neverland and Hudson Soft | September 12, 2006
Tomoko Morita

Shining Force EXA | Neverland | January 18, 2007
Tomoko Morita (& Yukio Nakajima?)

Many tracks from Shining Force Neo were reused here - namely, "Hope", "Happy", "Go", "Tension", "A Time for Us", "Max", "Man of Disguise", "Dark Castle", "Dark Castle Battle", and "Strategy". I have thus listed Yukio Nakajima in italics, as sources generally only credit Morita, however, due to the quantity of re-used tracks, it's possible that some of the re-used tracks were composed by Nakajima, who otherwise had no involvement in the game, it seems.

Rune Factory 2: A Fantasy Harvest Moon | Neverland | January 3, 2008
Tomoko Morita

Rune Factory Frontier | Neverland | November 27, 2008
Tomoko Morita

Rune Factory 3 | Neverland | October 22, 2009
Tomoko Morita

Lufia: Curse of the Sinistrals | Neverland | February 25, 2010
Yasunori Shiono*

This is a remake of Lufia II, with Shiono's music arranged by Morita and Yukio Nakajima.

Rune Factory: Tides of Destiny | Neverland | February 24, 2011
Tomoko Morita

Morita left Neverland at the end of 2011.

Rune Factory 4 | Neverland | July 19, 2012
Tomoko Morita

Morita worked freelance in 2012 and later joined Studio QAREEB at the beginning of 2013. Additionally, it seems that the Rune Factory series often reuses music as there are tracks from previous games here alongside new tracks.

Sol Trigger | Image Epoch | October 4, 2012
Nek ("Hiroshi Koiki"?), Akitoshi Manabe, Kazuya Kondo, Hidenori Maezawa, Michi Kondo, Yoshiki Kondo, Keiichi Sugiyama, Jiro Yoshida, Tomoko Morita, and "Seiji Sugiyama"

Credits from VGMdb. Nek ("Hiroshi Koiki" being a Google translation of the Japanese name) and Manabe come from GainGauge. Kazuya Kondo... isn't listed as coming from anywhere. Hidenori Maezawa, Michi Kondo, and Yoshiko Kondo come from binarylovers.com (apparently). Keiichi Sugiyama, Jiro Yoshida, Tomoko Morita, and "Seiji Sugiyama" (another Google translation) come from Studio QAREEB.

Lord of Magna: Maiden Heaven | Neverland and Marvelous | October 2, 2014
Tomoko Morita

This game's an interesting case. The game was revealed in February 2014 - and it was also revealed that the development staff had been hired by Marvelous AQL, the series publisher of Rune Factory. You see, Neverland had filed for bankruptcy November 2013 and closed. So I've listed this under both developers.

Morita does have other works: this post on VGMdb lists several that I just can't find that much information about on the English-speaking internet. And there likely have been more works with Studio QAREEB since then.
