I will give you the best review and good and unique information for my steemian friends around the game with the Shadow of the Colossus Remake series This opportunity allows me to post again about reviews that can be shared with gamer lovers, this time the review is still about an interesting war . Shadow of the Colossus Remake. Want to know what I will discuss Let's look at the steemian?

Of the many series of video games, there may be only a small portion that is remembered as the best work of his time. Whether it's classic or modern games, as long as the content it offers is unique and phenomenal, its existence will also always be remembered by gamers. So what if there is a classic game that re-rise in a more perfect format? Surely there will be a lot of fans who are very enthusiastic and also worried at the same time.

This is what happened with the Shadow of the Colossus Remake, because in addition to the many fans who are antusis, not a few of them are still worried if the quality is no longer felt original. The game by Fumito Ueda is indeed remembered as one of the best games of all time, so the concerns of the fans at least can be understood. Now that some media including KotakGame has gained access to play this game first, this time KotGa Crew will review its content more deeply. Instead of curious, let's see the full review together.

Stay original, but much more perfect

Fumito Ueda presented all his games with a quiet but meaningful storyline, and for that Shadow of the Colossus is also not much different. This game tells the journey of a young knight named Wander, who goes to a place called Shrine of Worship in an attempt to revive a young girl named Mono. Hearing a call from a spirit called Dormin, Wander was asked to kill a giant creature called Colossi scattered throughout the region.

Since there was no other way to turn Mono on, Wander finally accepted this tough task. After defeating each Colossi, Wander will be stabbed by a black spirit that is nothing but the shadow of the kings of the past. The storyline is very linear, and you just have to beat the Colossi until the end of the game. This game does have an open world map that is wide enough to be explored, but the world itself feels empty and there are not even many signs of life other than lizards that you can kill to increase the capacity of stamina.

The world is empty, but the atmosphere is really very strong. Especially with the improvement of graphics quality, you will probably get a more memorable playing experience. When exploring, you are certainly not difficult to meet a small Shrine scattered in various places. In the original version on the PlayStation 2 first, this shrine serves as a place to save progress. But since the Remake version comes with the auto-save feature, you only need to use shrine to charge HP, hunt down the white tailed lizard for stamina boost, and gain a wider world angle by climbing the tops.

A more epic hunt for Colossi

Your only mission in this game is to hunt the Colossi, and to do so you are equipped with sword weapons and arrow bow. Because the world is wide enough, this game gives Wander his closest partner named Agro, a black mare who is not afraid. If seen from the logic, seeing a young knight with a makeshift weapon against a massive giant is certainly difficult to imagine. But to kill Colossi, Wander just needs to stab his weak point.

Each Colossi has a different weakness, and to find it you can lift a sword to reflect sunlight at its focal point. In addition to finding the point of weakness, you can use the reflection of sunlight as a road guide if lost while exploring. When dealing with Colossi, the most important thing to note is to regulate the capacity of stamina. Because believe it or not, Stamina has a more crucial and important role than HP.

Because the Colossi size is so large, you definitely have to climb their bodies. The only part that can be climbed is the thick hair of most of the outer body parts. Not only feathers, you can also climb rock armor that is used almost all Colossi. Not without resistance, because when climbing, every Colossi will try to knock you down by shaking their bodies. When climbing and holding on, Wander's stamina will continue to decrease, so be sure to take advantage of a little moment pause to fill your stamina.

If you can set the stamina well, this game will feel much easier and fun to play. So what exactly is the epic moment this game has to offer? The answer itself is the experience when you control a little knight who bravely defeats every giant with a thrilling action. Can you imagine? Good, because that's the most epic and memorable moment offered by Shadow of the Colossus.

Fantastic graphics quality with Photo Mode support feature

Although there is no additional storyline and the new Colossi, the Remake version of Shadow of the Colossus offers fantastic graphics quality. In addition to the perfect texture of characters and other objects, his world atmosphere feels much more alive. One of the best you can see from the effects of flying dust, rocks that fall when there is a loud bang from a distance, bigger waves of water as the wind blows hard, the sunlight fills even the smallest gap, to the damp mist that can provide a cool atmosphere to player.

Utilizing its exquisite and immersive world atmosphere, Blue Point presents a new feature called Photo Mode. Like most exclusive PlayStation 4 games, you can use this feature to take screenshots, adjust position, to give various image effects. Most players who have tried this feature even take hours just to collect the most perfect screenshots.

Conclusion

As if rising in full force, Shadow of the Colossus Remake is a game that exceeds the expectations of the fans. Not just a matter of graphics quality, but here's the best example of how a remake game should be created without forgetting the original content that makes it memorable. After The Last Guardian, Fumito Ueda and Blue Point managed to show a fantastic development. Whether you are a veteran or a newcomer, KotGa Crew strongly recommends you to try the release of this version of Remake. A much more perfect classical masterpiece, perhaps the most appropriate expression to describe its quality.
