The Path of Exile is an Action Role-Playing Game (ARPG) created by Grinding Gear Games, a studio from New Zealand. In summary, we play a single character that is exiled to a continent called Wraeclast. This continent is a continent that is devastated by a catastrophe that until now is not known for causality. This disaster has made the continent filled with monsters and various ferocious mutant creatures. The game's makers claim to be Diablo II fanatical fans, and call the Blizzard-made game an inspiration for PoE. And, as an ARPG, PoE contains many common elements in games such as Diablo: skill and skill tree, monster, mini-boss, boss, super-boss, and of course loot. Arguably, the ARPG does not rely too much on the power of background stories, but it makes the player addicted to get the best loot and show off the strongest character that can kill super-boss in seconds.

PoE is not shy of luring prospective players with the many loot that can be obtained by exploring various locations and killing monsters. The procedural used to produce the drop is very sophisticated, practically no two players are using exactly the same equipment. Consisting of common (white), magic (blue), rare (yellow) and unique (gold), these tools can contain several attributes that are randomly assigned and item-level. The higher the item-level, the higher the possible attribute values ​​are possible. Only unique that contains certain types of attributes, and even then some attributes have a random value range so rarely there are two unique exactly the same. At the opening of the game, you are told to be stranded on the beach because all the exiles are thrown into the sea. Then just realized from fainting, you must defend yourself from the zombies attack that will eat you. Oh. The story then scrolls. You realize that Wreclast is not only inhabited by exiles but there are also dark and dangerous secrets in this place. The situation is exacerbated by the locals who do not like your coming and the savage monsters that have no mercy. As GGG says, Wreclast is not a friendly, friendly place. There is only bitterness and danger that continues to threaten.

Are gamers saturated with MMORPGs that are too cute and cute? Do you want to play a game with a more 'heavy' theme, and be accompanied by challenging gameplay? Well, it can be seen in the Path of Exile (PoE), the most recent action game from Grinding Gear Games (GGG). Ga Just ngusung dark theme, the graphics in the PoE is also far from the impression cute. In addition, the gameplay is also very reminiscent of Diablo style. Oh yes, PoE is also a sad game. Some things in it may make you disgusted, horrified, or uncomfortable. In the Path of Exile you are not a hero chosen to rescue the kingdom or be a high-level knight who has an important mission. This time you are an exile prisoner, aka exile who must survive on the continent of the exiles, Wreclast. This game has 6 characters, and 1 additional new character can be opened after finishing the game. These 6 characters have different backgrounds, before finally becoming exile. For example Duelist who became exile for killing in order to maintain his honor. Though he is actually a popular person, like a celebrity. GAMEPLAY Game Path Of Exile

The Path of Exile implements a PoE system of type dungeon instance, so it looks like a Dragon Nest so deh. If you want to enter instance with friends, make sure he is in your party. After leaving for more than 15 minutes, the dungeon that was entered will be automatically reset. To return to the city, you can use the portal stones in almost any instance folder. Teleport in PoE is free, can be done anytime without delay time. In addition to teleport back to town, this portal stone also serves as a save point. This game is an online game, which can only be played with an internet connection. You simply download the client and register the account on GGG. Currently, there are global accounts (with servers in Australia, United States and Europe) and Garena account with servers in Singapore (currently Garena accounts separate from global accounts). Thus, all the progress (as well as setbacks) that you experience in the game will be instantly saved. All the glossy loot you collect is also safe.

Of course not just the loot that PoE relied on as the allure. Some of the characteristics of PoE that distinguish it from other ARPGs are:

1. Skill-tree is flexible.

Or want to increase chance to block for your shield? Or would you like to double the amount of curse inflicted on the monsters? This is where you manage all that. But this skill-tree does not control how powerful attack skills you use. Attack or active skill is set elsewhere.

2. Gems

Each PoE character, independent of its class, can use all available active skills, as they are present in gem form. Each gem has attribute requirements for its usage, such as minimum level or Str / Dex / Int minimum. This is what limits the use of certain skills by a single character. If you build a Duelist character with an adequate Str, it can certainly use a high demanding Str skill. Conversely, you might build a Witch with a mediocre Int so can not use a high level spell. The requirements of each gem can be guessed from the color. The red color indicates that the skill is based on Str, green for Dex and blue for Int. But there are some skills that are hybrid, so it contains two types of requirements. Each gem will grow stronger as the level increases. This is a typical PoE character, in which each gem skill can be paired with a support gem. Gem support changes the way certain skills work. If you have to compare between D3 and PoE, as an ARPG lover, I would say that PoE is better than D3 in terms of complexity and facet of playing experience that really takes time and effort. While D3 offers better story and graphics as well as a more casual system for casual players. Diablo 3 is better graphically and narratively, but many people including me feel that the quest is very repetitive and so. Go there, beat him. Go here, beat him, take this. Initially it may not matter, but over time it will feel very boring. Buildnya not not so complex and tend to often not balance on different patches make it feel more boring for hardcore gamers. On the other hand, the Path of Exile seems to focus on gameplay rather than story. When this article was written, Path of Exile has not released War of The Atlas expansion, but on previous expansions, PoE seems to focus more on gameplay than to polish their story. So if you have to choose between Diablo 3 or the Path of Exile, you have to go back to each other. What kind of player is I? Players who can spend a lot of time and energy to learn or just want to play?
