Have you listened to my post reviews in previous posts? Interesting right? I will give you the best reviews and good and unique information for my steemian friends. This opportunity allows me to post again about exciting and fun adventure game reviews to play with the title One Piece: Pirate Warriors. Want to know what I will discuss Let's look at the steemian?
One Piece is definitely one of the most famous manga titles worldwide for the past dozen years. Its popularity also makes One Piece get various adaptations either in the form of animation or video games. Well, for video games, One Piece has been adapted to various genres, but I think the One Piece series: Pirate Warriors is one serious adaptation to bring the spirit of One Piece in the gameplay it has as it is in One Piece: Unlimited World Red. One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 is the third iteration of the Pirate Warriors series, and like the Warriors series in general, this game carries a one-thousandth gameplay with fast, lebay, and satisfying action. In terms of gameplay and concept, it looks like One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 does not seem to have anything really new, but is it really so?
Luffy's adventure with his colleagues to become Pirate King in One Piece comic story may be familiar to your ears, especially if you like to follow Japanese or Manga comics. When compared with similar stories like Naruto, One Piece competes with him not just from popularity alone, but also the length of the story. At least you can find dozens of comic series that tells Luffy's adventure. This game tries to summarize everything in one game titled action a la Dynasty Warriors, ie you are alone against thousands of enemies!
The concept of the game itself is actually quite reasonable, especially when viewed from the story itself. Because, One Piece is a story that often put the main character in a big battle against many enemies. This is also what makes this game to be interesting to play. If you love the story of One Piece yourself, then playing this game will give the right impression to the character in your favorite story, a group of powerful people who can kill enemy troops!
However, playing a game with a gameplay that is actually outdated is of course not for everyone. Brightly, the gameplay slaughtered thousands of people applied by the company that made this game, Koei Tecmo, is actually always the same from time to time, as has been shown in all series Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors hers. Fortunately, this game provides a little spice that can give a sense of its own in it. So, slaughtering becomes less boring after you do it for tens of hours.
One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 can be said to have the same story format as the Warriors game series worked on by Omega Force. You will find a collection of One Piece stories that are chronologically told in game level form.
Starting from Romance Dawn arcDressrosa arc you will experience yourself here and each chapter is summarized very briefly. Suitable for those of you who have never known the story in the One Piece series or you who want to return the moving moments in One Piece. However, this game presents the original ending so you should not be too stuck with the end of the story presented.
The characters available for you to play clearly do not need to be asked again. All members of the Straw Hat Pirates you can use. As the story goes, other characters can be used outside of Story Mode, although not all of them can be accessed.
Everything does not end there. There is a new feature called Kizuna Rush that will make the game more chaotic (in good sense). With Kizuna Rush, you can "call" a temporary faction friend to help you connect attacks. The partners you can call also vary depending on whoever is in a battle. This system gives more value because each Kizuna Rush of each character has a different effect. For example, Luffy can throw enemies into the air so there is momentum to connect the attack again, Ussop can provide enemy burning attacks, and many other variations. With Kizuna Rush, the fight becomes very colorful and not too monotonous. There's also a Kizuna Mode that will allow you to launch stronger attacks and get various buff statuses. Special attacks while in Kizuna Mode will also change with the sense that you will perform special attacks simultaneously with your choice partner. The number of colleagues who can participate donate simultaneously also quite a lot. The last time I tried, I was able to perform a special attack in Kizuna Mode along with four other people so that the special attack could wipe out all enemies in one screen and it was very satisfying.
One Piece visual appearance: Pirate Warriors 3 can be quite interesting. The 3D model presented is very close to the source and has unique shading because it looks like the look in a manga complete with the typical One Piece sculpture shading. Unfortunately, it is less visible from the surrounding environment that is displayed One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3. Sometimes the world is seen very flat even though still filled with colorful. Optimization in One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 is actually quite good when compared to Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends Complete Edition or Samurai Warriors 4. But this game still has a few problems like frame rate that still feels unstable for some parts. But this is still understandable because the decline occurs when the enemy is pretty much in one screen or when weather effects such as rain are running.
Gameplay provided in One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 should have been easily guessed. You will use one of the available characters and advance against the thousands of enemies who are confronted to complete a goal. Overall it looks like Dynasty Warriors or Samurai Warriors, but with some differences.
Kick you launch is definitely based on the moves that can be used the characters One Piece in manga series. Luffy has a rubber human power, Zoro uses three swords, Sanji has a lethal kick, Chopper can change shape, and other character skills that you already know you can use in this game.
What is interesting is the ability of each character will change as the story goes as it once appeared in the manga. For example, Luffy can later use Haki at certain moments.
Attacks in the Warriors series can be deployed with simple button combinations and they are also preserved in One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3. Attacks that produce high damage, wide range, and adapted from sources are well capable of providing satisfaction when you can defeat hundreds of enemies in one screen.
The same is true with special (or often called Musou) special moves that each character can deploy. Special attacks are guaranteed to provide satisfaction that can not be given normal action games.
