RE: MTG Vampires

Hi there! I love your deck! I was wondering if you were building for a particular format? I am guessing either legacy or kitchen table? If you'd like, EDH could be a fun format to consider due to the singleton nature of the format making it easier for you to complete your deck. Demonic tutor is a hard to find staple for the format so you'd already be on the right track!

The main deck I listed is complete to my spec. It's just for casual play, as no more than 1 Demonic Tutor are playable in any sanctioned format. I don't know what the various builds are called, I've just been playing Vampires since Alpha and building this deck since Revised. I'm just adding a few more to the sideboard and collectible (Rares and Mythics). It suits my style, I play it well, and I have enough options to play it against just about any single opponent.

Sweet! That's really cool :) I wish I was able to play Magic during that era haha. It must have been so fun :)

Ya. It was simpler. No such thing as Planewalkers. Or Commander. Everybody had at least one Black Lotus, and most of us are kicking ourselves now for it. Sengir Vampire was a beast card. LOL

yeah, i've heard tales from friends who played in that era. I started in Theros but I have been learning as much as I can about the game. I mainly play Commander as there isn't much of a casual scene where I'm from..

This one has a tiny chance of infinite damage on turn 2, but that chance increases exponentially each turn thereafter. :D

I see :) In my Commander deck, I have one way of going infinite with the earliest on turn 1 :P
