So here's what happened next to post-nuclear holocaust Earth in my Stellaris game :D

So after finding the now nuclear war ravaged Earth, I was intrigued by the almost sapient cockroach species that inhabited it. So I took over the system and was able to uplift the Cockroaches into sapience, and now I have a species of very hardy, sapient cockroaches, which absolutely THRIVE on Tomb Worlds :D Gotta love this game for allowing you to do something like that :D
