Well again it is not a hard champion to play but I will give some begginner tips how to improve your gameplay and climb up in the ladder.Always remember that you have the one of me most powerfull ultimates in the game and using it against someone without escaping ability is going to be deadly. You need to hit all your javelins between the enemies if you want to be a good Shifu and you need to use it if you need it , because spamming it wont help you improving your Shifu gameplay. Last thing is about your counter and it is the key aspect to destroy your opponent therefore always counter the right thing just don't use it to push more damage avoiding damage is more important in Shifu gameplay.

Shifu Skills & Masteries

Spear Slash is your main spam skill and it is obviously your autoattack , but there is synergy in this skill because each stack you gathered will increase the damage of your main damage skill Impale and also it is going to be an important sustain tool for you.

Impale is a mid range spear attack , that will both give you heal according to your stacks and it deals a decent damage and it has an ability to pierce enemies so you can hit multiple targets with it . It is your main damage pushing skills try not to miss it because if you miss it you need to do various of automatic attacks in order to create the maximum impact again.

This is your counter skill and if you manage to counter any of the skills or attacks you immedeatly become untargatable and fly next to your enemy and also best part is you just don't counter the skill but it also makes you untargattable during that seconds and it provides a good opportunity to your damage input.

Kunju is great for damage push and countering strong skills , because the animation of this counter is amazing you just immeteralize yourself and appear next to your foes and if you succesfully use this counter your autoattack is going to deal a tremendous amount of damage.

This is your main gap closer or escape skill and its range is quite long also you can jump to walls with it only thing you need to do is land it to your opponent succesfully.

Well If you are following my blog you know that I'm really fan of the R skills however Shifus is amazing it incapacite all the enemies infront of the cone and also it is the thing you need just to finish of kiting enemies.

These Ex abilities are quite usefull too you will find yourself using them in various situations first one is great for sustaining when you are line of sight of your healer and second one is just an optional damage push method.

Here we come to most marvellouos ability Shifu has and you guessed it right it is a Bladestorm , he gains a shield and deals an amazing AoE with his spear while he is turning around himself like Yurnero.

Shifu's Masteries

This is a standart mastery setup in Shifu in order to make you play him in most effective way lots of utility and damage.

• The Swift Fleet and Spear is the Way are the utility skills and it will both help you with your energy gain and sustain and movement speed.

• You got 2 stacks of javelin therefore taking Javelin root ability will increase your chances to catch your opponent and while your opponent is rooted you can deal whatever damage you want and it will increase your overall damage input during the game.

• Impale +2 damage for additional skill is again will increase your damage input dramatically.

In Shifu you need to play as agressive as you can be in early game mid game and late game , because if you have some good teammates with lots of crowd control the damage input you are going to do durinig game is going to be amazing.

Use your javelins and catch your foes and when you feel threatened retreat with your Counter and Space skill and wait another position to reangage at combat , also another important Aspect of Shifu is energy gain , since he can land a lot of skills his energy regeneration is amazing and we combine this high energy sustain ability with your deadly ultimate you become the ultimate most annoying bruisers in the game because most of the champions got 2 escapes and and you got 2 javelin to hit so if you don't want to be kited you just need to land your javelins.

Always try to stick to your enemy to create a constant pressure on them and punish them whenever you find an opportunity . If you use your Space and Q cooldowns wisely you will make it , don't forget to switch between targets always choose the one with Less CD's back and push the damage and switch target again be the ultimate SAMURAI !
