Can We Get A Mod For Robbie? (not mine)

Stefan is most popular for his role as Robbie in the TV show Lazy Town. Right now he is battling stage 4 pancreatic cancer. There are already a million memes as a tribute to him, it would be great if we can make some kind of mod as a tribute to him. Skins for all TF2 characters based on Robbie Rotten would be a really cool mod as you can see here.

Based on the response to this post, I may post a collection of We Are Number One and Stefan memes either at once or as a series of posts.
