Nice read , i do like CSGO to . I played CS 1.5 , 1.6 and source , from my experience sourse was the best one .
It had like Halflife 2 deathmatch a great mapping community , private servers that where honest and no Russians ( joking , it's my vault i do not understand russian ) . In some way CSGO destroyed those games by adjusting the game engine . Making the mappers leave .
Then again , i like the way CSGO puts valeu to digital content .
To find a expensive knife in a box or invest in a gun skin that has
the chance to rise in real money value , thats some form of crypto currency .
As you see there is so much more to CSGO then just a game .
I absolutely agree with you! CSGO may have been slightly different from the others, but it brought some new things to the table, such as skins like you mentioned. I am so glad that the CS E-Sports scene is also increasing, hopefully it allows for bigger and better things
