[Review] Destiny 2: Extraordinary Space Battles

I will tell you all that Activision released for the first time, Destiny to the market, a few years ago. As the first game Bungie if not wrong after the release of Halo games, the anticipation of this one project is indeed large. If it refers only to what happens to Halo alone, then Bungie has a strong connection to the quality of not only gameplay, but also the story and mechanics that exist. Seen like a sci fi game with content that can be said quite extraordinary. But unfortunately, the first Destiny release just feels like less for the gamers.
in the last year Bungie and Activision finally took off Destiny 2 to market. A sequel series that is claimed, will refine the problems and complaints that had occurred in the first series. indeed I think the structure of the gameplay is more neat and better. that Destiny 2 is a supposed multiplayer / cooperative game.
Destiny 2 is positioned as the sequel series of the first Destiny. for the storyline itself at the beginning of this game scene One of the alien race that is Cabal decided to no longer silent. Their elite force, called the Red Legion, decided to take active steps and attack the last city of the earth protected by a large ball called The Traveler. Effective attacks with so many troops and aircraft is successful, there are active characters such as Zavala, Cayde 6, and Ikora are trying to protect it. With technology that has never been seen by the Guardians before, Red Legion managed to make The Traveler destroyed.
an attack led by a Commander named Dominus Ghaul who is obsessed with the power of light emerging from the core of The Traveler. With the equipment they have, they try to harvest the light source. The action also has adverse consequences for the Guardians, who rely heavily on light to fight and fight against the various threats. Without the power of light, they have no power and can not be turned on if they die. But something strange happened. Ghost is a small robot that has been accompanying us in fact managed to direct us to find light back in a corners of the earth by using the pieces of the traveler itself.

One aspect that never seems to be left behind to be discussed every time a sequel series is released to the market, it is visual. With the potential to embed more technology in it, Comes with a visual approach and presentation style similar to the first series, the visuals in Destiny 2 do not look much different in my personal opinion. One of the most significant differences is the approach of the lighting effect that managed to make some battlegrounds look more dramatic, but for the affairs of texture and the great theme of the world that is given by this game, still the same as the first Destiny.
One of the most improved fixes is the design of each world that looks much more complex and larger than the first Destiny. Earth can now be explored more freely, with a variety of remaining civilizations that are now beginning to become extinct with wild plants that are also given in every region that exists. The concept of a mission that now follows the open world game where we will be able to find various icons for various activities that exist, it gives the world open for gamers to explore it in my opinion have been very good. but not all are great, a world like Titan that still looks smaller but with a choice of more dense activity. What is interesting is the gameplay design and mission that many, will encourage to enjoy the location of the world, it is wider so we can explore the world so as not to feel bored.
One of the worst is that Bungie a few years ago, designing almost any mission, cooperative and competitive does not give Reward at all. in because all the process of completing a mission that can eat a fairly long time it will produce a Box (Engram) which is useful to strengthen the character that we have. with the contents of items that are also based on Random, there is never a certainty that the content is indeed stronger than what we use now. Even if we get more powerful items. In this first Destiny is what makes me sendri less to play it.
Indeed we will still get items randomly, especially items or equipment like what we will get, but Bungie managed to create more games especially from the reward system that is given. The result is an FPS game with RPG elements that I like to say before with a reward system that is more satisfying and very reasonable. In fact almost all the rewards we will get in eberbagai mission. Completing competitive mode will give us the equipment, and competitive mode win or lose will also get a reasonable reward, or when we are exploring the existing world without without completing a particular mission. Progress to strengthen our character can be very much appreciated in this series Destiny 2.
Even for level-level affairs, With a maximum level 20 characters, the EXP we get will turn into a new engram variant named Bright Engram. Like the general level increase, Bright Engram will be earned every time we get a level above level 20, which can be exchanged for a variety of cosmetic items that do not have too much effect on gameplay. and there are also unique exotic weapon gifts that can also strengthen the character that we have. With all these mechanisms, Destiny 2 will ensure that we still get satisfaction with whatever activity we do.
Moreover, they also provide a mechanism that I personally think is quite good. for those of you who plan to play this game solo, gameplay is now much more friendly if you do not have friends. There is so much room to enjoy the full game, while enjoying the full experience of Destiny 2, even if you do not have a team to play with.
However, it does not mean this game has no shortcomings. if from myself I see the lack there are two namely the quality of visuals that did not increase significantly and the mode of the story that although more clear, still not interesting. But beyond those shortcomings, Destiny 2 is a great game. for those of you who want to play this game I highly recommend it if you ever play the previous series of Destiny 1 or not. FPS games with RPG elements that I think are very good at putting a touch of both.
